Well, here it is, our brand new website. What do you think? Thanks to Alicia from Bran Marketing, for helping us get up-to-date with a more interactive site that we hope provides more information about our gluten free products and our company, ease of online ordering and in-store shopping, and enough pretty pictures to make your mouth water!

What else is new at Gem City Fine Foods? How about our Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake? You'll find the latest of our certified gluten free desserts sitting on a different crust from our usual GF cookie dough. Baker Whitney uses a chocolate crust instead, and you really ought to try this new gem (yep, corny, admittedly) of a creation if you love chocolate, cheesecake, and caramel. So good! (That's company owner Ricky enjoying a bite below.) And only available right now online as part of our new

Don't forget to use the discount code CHOCOMEL25 at checkout to save 25% off your sampler.

Looking ahead at the calendar, we're really excited to be part of the FABLOGCON Food Allergy Bloggers Conference for our third year in a row. The past two years we've driven to Denver in the fall, but this year the conference has been moved to South Portland, ME. I'm happy for a couple reasons: I hail from Maine, and will spend the weekend after FABlogcon with my family in the Oxford Hills Region, and I'm excited to see how the conference goes in New England! The event is tailored for bloggers, parents and advocates focused on celiac disease and food allergies and will be jam-packed for two days and evenings with great learning, advocacy and networking opportunities, including some yummy meals and a reception (we're shipping 200 Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes- Top 8 Free!- for dessert at one meal). If you are in the area, I hope you'll consider attending, and that I'll get a chance to meet you!

August is back-to-school for many as well. Take a look at our Events and Specials page to see where we'll be hosting demos, featuring our certified gluten free Carrot Cake, great for end of summer parties and kids' lunchboxes or after school snacks.

As always, we love your feedback. Please be in touch if you experience any bugs  using our new website, or if you just want to tell us what you think.

Committed to making lives with food allergies tastier,
